Anthony has traveled to 15 countries since 2017, establishing highly regarded pizza programs and world-class cuisine brands while also integrating his passion for pizza, travel, and supporting small businesses to create a uniquely successful service and personal platform. Anthony worked at acclaimed New American wood-fired restaurant Vinegar Hill House, and cooked wood-fired Italian cuisine under James Beard award winner Nate Appleman at Pulino’s.

Anthony resides in Williamsburg with his wife and two sons where on any given day you can find him illustrating, creating recipes, sourcing ingredients and eating pizza.

Thin Tony’s Pizza is proud to have a custom-built traditional Italian wood-fired oven. This oven is essential to the authenticity of our pizza, and it provides a delicious and crispy crust that can’t be beaten.

Our restaurant has a beautiful high ceiling and is designed in a roomy style. Our tables and booths are set up in a conventional Italian-American configuration that will undoubtedly pique your aesthetic judgments. Enjoy dining with us at an aesthetically pleasing setting.
